After project initiation, the project moves into a more detailed level of planning and design.  In this stage we are trying to plan time, costs and resources adequately.  This is needed to properly estimate work required and to manage risk appropriately during project execution.

ClearVue does this by providing a security project management plan.

The project management plan includes:

• Schedule
• Budget
• Team Members
• Work Breakdown
• Deliverables
• Risk Planning
• Communication Planning

This information forms the project contract, used to gain formal approval to begin work.

This is the stage where engineers, designers and subject matter experts produce detailed outlines and design documents.
