5. Project Closure
ClearVue completes a project formally closing a project. When a project is not closed it has the potential for unintentionally expending resources and costing more.
Closing a project means completing all activities across all process groups, splitting up the project team and having the project signed off with the customer.
ClearVue will create a project closure report to communicate how well a project has performed against its original business case, charges and expenditures, estimated time-frame and schedule, quality measures and tolerances.
ClearVue can also hold a Lessons Learned session and publish a lessons learned report. This report is used to pass on valuable learning that can be applied to future projects.
