ClearVue Project Initiation

All projects start with an idea for a desirable outcome. During Project initiation ClearVue will help determine the nature and scope of the project. This is referred to as a project's Scope of Work (SOW). If this stage is not handled well the likelihood of a project being successful is not very likely.

It is of prime importance is to understand the business environment and to make sure all necessary resources and controls are integrated into the project. Any shortages should be noted with recommendations made to assure that the project is established on a firm foundation.

The first document is the project charter, which includes:

• Business case
• Scope and Deliverables
• Objectives
• Resources needed
• Milestone and Timeline (High Level)
• Cost Estimate (with contingency)
• Risks and Issues
• Dependencies
• Requirements
